"Finding Your Center" Aerial Spin Technique
Explores the principles behind efficient, controlled spinning through biomechanics, body awareness, and intentional movement. Rather than relying on momentum alone, students will learn how subtle adjustments in positioning, timing, and weight distribution can create smoother, more sustainable spins. Through progressive drills and practical application, participants will develop greater control, confidence, and movement efficiency while discovering techniques they can immediately apply to their own training and performance.
Act Creation lab
Whether you're creating your first act or refining an existing performance, this workshop provides a structured approach to developing compelling, performance-ready work. Students will explore choreography, transitions, musicality, character development, and stage presence while learning practical tools to organize ideas, overcome creative blocks, and build acts with greater clarity, intention, and impact.
"Building Range"
Flexibility + Control
Combines movement science with practical flexibility training to help students increase mobility, build strength at end range, and move with greater confidence. Rather than chasing flexibility alone, this workshop emphasizes control, body awareness, and sustainable training principles that support healthier movement, improved performance, and long-term progress.
Performer Bootcamp
Preparing for performance goes beyond mastering skills. This workshop helps students bridge the gap between training and the stage by developing consistency, confidence, and performance quality under pressure. Through practical coaching and performance-based exercises, participants will refine technique, improve stage presence, manage nerves, and learn strategies to perform with greater confidence, connection, and professionalism.
"Stronger Foundations"
Aerial Conditioning + Extended Cool Down
Explores how strength becomes the foundation for confident, expressive movement. Through thoughtful conditioning and progressive training, students will build the stability, control, and body awareness needed to move with greater ease, support technical growth, and create sustainable performance both on and off the apparatus.
Ignite the Stage
Movement is one of our most powerful forms of communication. This workshop explores how intention, musicality, dynamics, and movement quality can transform technical skills into meaningful performance. Through guided exploration and creative exercises, students will develop greater artistic awareness, discover new ways to express themselves, and learn tools to create performances that feel authentic, engaging, and memorable.
