Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to train with me! Whether we're working on movement, aerial technique, performance, or creative development, I'm looking forward to helping you reach your goals. Scheduling Please book your session at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. If you don't see a time that works for your schedule, please get in touch—I'll do my best to accommodate you. Need a session in less than 24 hours? Reach out directly, and if I'm available, I'll happily fit you in. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours' notice to avoid being charged for the session. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice, or missed appointments ("no-shows"), are non-refundable. Preparing for Your Session To make the most of our time together: Wear clothing that allows you to move comfortably. Have any equipment you'd like to use ready (if applicable). Come with any questions, goals, videos, or choreography you'd like to work on. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection if we're meeting virtually. A Note About Coaching Every session is personalized to you. Whether you're looking to build strength, refine technique, develop choreography, prepare for a performance, or simply move with greater confidence, we'll create a plan that supports your goals.
